Pete Mitchell is the founder and CEO of HCSI. He has over 25 years of experience in the recruiting world in multiple industries. Be it as an independent recruiter, or from any of his previous roles as a corporate recruiter, to Director of Human Resources; Pete's practical expertise lies in strategizing headcounts, budgets, and, most notably, optimizing time through the pursuit and presentation of high-quality candidates.
